different

i guess it's different now.

on a random note, safari's good on windows! it's like super fast! i meant to say that it loads my pages faster and it's really good. causes me to think if i should get the macbook! =) wellwell, after a long long time, i finally have skype. i really wonder why actually. but i guess cos benedict said it's fun to use. haha. but anw, it's time to go back studying and i'd come back and settle things that are not done starting on 4 dec.

let me rant a little bit more. i miss you. allow me the opportunity to talk to you? let me be able to be there for you? sighs. i refuse to say im getting sick of it because our friendship means much more than that. i will not turn away from our friendship. but perhaps to you, i have already turned away or maybe i was never there when you needed me. give me another chance? help me to do it better? let's do something about it, shall we?

Lols. Idk why I'm typing this now at this point of time. I guess people deem me to be weird than to be creative or innovative. Lols! Yea, I do lik to play with food, I must say. But I wil nv harm anyone with foodie la. If I really harmed someone with my food, then i wouldn't be leading a team of wonderful and awesome people who prepares refreshments for e cg! Hehe! Today, I told eug that I'm really proud of my wonderful refreshments team cos they basically do really amazin food! Hoho! Can't stop praising them! Hoho!

Well, basically, what started my thinking regarding this? It was lunch! So I used chloe's unused condensed milk as a dip for my nuggets! What's wrong with that? Lols. Then I said I dip my hashbrowns in maple syrup at mcdonalds breakfast. The table gave mi a weird, disgusted look. Lols! I guess, to them, I'm weird! Haha! Was just reading The Barbarian Way by Erwin Raphael McManus, and in it, he mentioned the weird eating habits of John the Baptist and also on bring a mushroom eater! Lols! I guess I can really say I'm a mushroom eater! :) you never try, you'd never know! :)

Well, at this point of time, chloe's doing the math paper I gave her to attempt! And because it was stated in e front page that calculators were not allowed, I wanted her not to use it also. But I guess she's simply too reliant on the calculator. Anyway, I feel that it's so true. I recently watched 'did you know that' on YouTube and it's really very true! They mentioned in e vid that in what we learn two years ago, has already been outdated. And yea, look at the moe syllabus now! Mostly different from two years ago! 2006 paper says no calculator! 2009 paper says calculator may be used. Lols! Feels a little old now! Haha! I know here's no point in saying 'if I could turn back time...' but if I really did, perhaps I would not despise my youth and do somehing different. Lols! I was so inspired and convicted thatbyra, truly God created me so that my life would count, not so that I could count the days of my life.

Friendships on 23oct

What kind of friendships do we want to foster? I guess we all have friends. There's been a saying that you will achieve your destiny with 1% of your efforts, 99% from people around you. Definitely true! There are many kinds of friends. Acquaintances, friends, good friends, best buddies, bffs.

Acquaintances are people whom we say hi and bye and basically know nothing else other than how they look like and what they do. Could also be project mates. Friends are those who progress from acquaintances. People whom you know more about, and they know about u. You might not spend the night alone with them. Good friends are usually people you hang out with half the time and share your heart with then when u can't find ur bffs or best buds. Best buds are people whom you spend most of the time with, and are always ready to listen from you. Bffs? Much more, I guess. Share almost everything! They are those people whom ur parents know by name. If they were of the opposite sex, they could be ur bf or gf or spouse. well, that's jus my definition of frens. Everyone has different opinions on it. I remember one of my friends told me that he classifies his friends into two major groups on msn. People he talk to and people he don't talk to.

Why I choose to talk about friends today? Basically just my thoughts about it. To me, I feel that here should always be a progression along he friendship line. I mean, face it, whether they progress or not, depends on their performance, our feeling toward them. Basically, even if you really feel very good about someone, but he/she doesn't do much, they can't progress. The same goes if someone does a lot for u, but we don't really like the person! Well, I guess we should always be open to friendships! Be a relationship builder! If you could, ask urself where do u classify urself in ur frens' lives. Some people, u might treat as good friends, but they might only classify u as a friend. Or better than that! I guess it really depends.

However, we are always given a choice on who to allow close to our hearts. Choose the right people you allow in your heart.

Random thots on 20oct

So lately, I finally am able to take a breather from school work. Somehow feeling that I've taken too long a break. Lols! I guess it's back to finishing it well. Cos it's never just about starting it well, but also ending it in awesomeness! :) the journey is usually very crucial. Exams r in 6 weeks. Lols. And I'm doing well in some modules and pretty bad in others. I guess I must never stop running tis race.
